Quick, safe, and easy ways to make your credit card payments. Hoping to make your life a little easier!

Credit Card Payment Options

AutoPay (Automatic recurring payments)

Enroll in the Online Account Access website at myaccountaccess.com. Once enrolled, under Manage Payments on the left hand navigation choose “Set Up AutoPay.”

Online (Single payments made from a computer with Internet access)

Enroll in the Online Account Access website at myaccountaccess.com. Once enrolled, under Manage Payments choose “Make A Payment” and follow the instructions.

Phone (Single payments made using a touch-tone phone)

Call the number on the back of your card and a Service Advisor will assist you in setting up your PhonePay account. Have your checkbook or financial account information handy, you’ll need to reference it.

Mail (Payments made using the coupon and envelope in your monthly statement)

No sign-up needed. Just remember to allow 7-10 days to ensure your payment arrives in time to make the due date.

Bill Pay (Single payments made from within SecureLink Online Banking)

Set up a single payment or recurring payments to your credit card using SecureLink Bill Pay.  Choose Elan Financial Services as the payee and the payment address is:

In Branch (Single payments made by visiting your local PFCU branch or by calling the Contact Center)

Make payments directly at your local branch or by calling 800.548.5465 and speaking to a Contact Center Agent between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8:30am-1pm on Saturdays.  Payments will be deducted directly from your Checking or Savings Account.
