ATM, Debit, and Credit Cards
Power Financial Credit Union cards (ATM, Debit, and Credit Cards) each have a unique, 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) that will let you access your account at nearly any ATM nationwide or point of sale terminal. The PIN we assign to you is randomly generated. If you lose or forget your PIN, simply contact a Power Financial Credit Union Personal Service Advisor.
Our Personal Service Advisors do not have access to your PIN, but are able to generate another secure PIN mailer. When you receive the mailer, there will be a reference number and toll free phone number to call. Follow the instructions and within 48 hours your PIN will be changed. ATM and Debit Cards can be issued immediately at select branch locations.
Due to a sharp increase in fraud occurring in certain areas we have implemented a Visa Flash Fraud Rule to decline all transactions from approving in the listed countries. View a list of blocked countries here.
Visa® Credit Cards
You may request that we make a deposit to your Power Financial Credit Union deposit account by advancing funds from a Visa card issued by another financial institution. Please note that VISA transactions will be processed as a cash advance. Contact your card issuer or refer to the terms and conditions of your credit card if you have any questions about fees or finance charges that may apply to a cash advance.
Lost or Stolen Cards?
- ATM or Debit Card: Call 866.830.0832
- All Credit Cards issued on or after June 1, 2011 call 800.558.3424
- All Credit Cards issued prior to June 1, 2011 call 877.875.8078
The above numbers will only restrict your ATM, debit card or credit card. If your entire wallet or purse has been lost or stolen, please also contact the Credit Union at 800.548.5465 to restrict access to your account.
